Now, this may all seem like a bit much or too much freedom to have, but you should be aware that this will be at least partly about how you treat the network marketing opportunity and you as a person.
If you approach a network marketing business, whether as a new person or an experienced one, with a lack of respect, with the assumption that you know everything and you can just shove your new found knowledge down anyone’s throat, then you will make it extremely difficult for yourself to learn. You will be seen as someone who is arrogant and lacking in respect for people’s time.
So it is vitally important for you to make sure that you give yourself the right respect and make the new techniques, learnt from experience, feel real. You can do this by asking lots of questions. Not just any old questions, but questions that will force you to think, allow you to reflect on your own beliefs, ideas and attitudes and make you reflect on your own actions, both before and after your research.
By asking lots of questions, you will in turn get lots of helpful and insightful answers. This will help you to realise that whilst everyone has different ideas about how to do things right, the core values of people who actually do things the right way is very similar to your own values, beliefs and approach.
You can see people who do it right have all the basics in place, and have been able to observe how they treat people with respect. You should be able to use this knowledge to guide you on how you should handle people.
The next stage will be to make sure that you have a good routine in place. You should have your own scripts for setting up meetings and phone calls, and rehearsals about how you will answer questions. You should be able to write good bullet points for responses to common objections. You will need to practise your scripts, practise your answers and rehearse your approach. You should be able to get your mind into a state of flow state by regularly practising.
If you have a good trainer or coach, they should be able to help you with this too. Without them, it may seem like you have to memorise lists of 300 things to say, when in fact they were probably just rehearsing for a particular situation.
At this stage, you will know enough to make informed decisions about whether to continue or not. The most important part of the process will be to be able to keep your beliefs, intentions and values in line. By having a clear idea of what you want to achieve, as well as being able to set out your core values, you will be able to make informed decisions based on your knowledge, principles and values. This will ensure that you will be able to have a consistent message, to show people what you expect them to do, rather than managing through fear.
The final stage of your Success Formula is getting your vision and purpose in line with your actions. To do this, you need to know what you want to achieve. You should be able to see your vision clearly. You should be able to articulate your purpose clearly. The last stage will be to make sure that you are able to follow your actions so that you will get the outcomes that you want. Your actions should give you the results that you want and you should know that you will do everything that you need to do so to get the outcomes that you want. You should be able to look into the mirror and be able to say that you know what you are doing and that you will get the results that you want.
The above formula may seem a little complicated, but if you have a clear idea of what you want to achieve, your mind will help you along the way. By keeping your values and intention in mind, you will be able to keep your beliefs in check.
Your Success Formula will help you succeed.
So what is your Success Formula?
